I began training with Said from Anyaim Fitness just over a year ago.
I first saw Said working with clients in a public park and was impressed with his
training approach and style. So I decided to reach out to him as I needed someone special to help me with a goal that I always believed impossible.
Said was always very positive and motivating from the start, giving me lots of encouragement and support. Long story short, Said helped me achieve my goal and we even went beyond it. I lost 40KG and built some beautiful quality muscles. I knew absolutely nothing when we began, but I learned. I had never squatted, deadlifted or done a bench press, my first plan was 15secs, but with Said I safely learned all these exercises and more. Im pretty proud to say my plank today is over 5min, my deadlifts are 100KG, my Squats 80KG and my Bench presses 60KG. I can’t thank Said enough for the support, guidance and knowledge he has provided during my journey, which even though we are locked down I am still enjoying. Said is still supportive and communicating with his clients online using the app we all have installed on our phones. This has been extremely helpful in letting us track our results, log our workouts and ensure we are doing everything safely.
